Registration Information

Early Registration:$1,000* before February 20, 2026

Late Registration: $1,200  after February 20, 2026

Registration includes:

  • Welcome reception

  • Light breakfasts

  • Lunches

  • Conference break refreshments

  • One banquet ticket.

Student Support

Student support is available to cover conference registration and housing for eligible students.

Graduate and undergraduate students who are presenting at the conference are encouraged to apply.

Student Support Application Deadline: December 31, 2025

Notification of Student Support : January 14, 2006

To apply, download the Abstract Template and prepare a draft of your abstract. (NOTE: You must still submit your final abstract through the abstract submission process.)

Application Materials Needed:

  • Draft of your abstract

  • Letter of support from your advisor*

    *Letter of support can be uploaded to the application or emailed direclty to econ@lle.rochester.edu

Selected students will receive:

  • Waived conference registration

  • Complimentary shared hotel accommodations

This program helps make participation more accessible and provides students with meaningful opportunities to share their research and engage with the fusion energy community.
