Participants are expected to treat one another with respect and consideration in order to foster an environment conducive to collaboration, learning, and scientific discourse.
Violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported promptly to the meeting organizers or designated points of contact. All reports will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Appropriate corrective actions may include a verbal warning, removal from the meeting without refund, or referral to appropriate authorities. Retaliation against any individual who reports a concern or participates in the review of a report is strictly prohibited.
