Posters need to fit on a 6’ wide x 4’ tall posterboard.
Oral presenataions need to be uploaded 24 hours before your presentation. Box link is below.
Thank you for giving a talk at the conference!
Please make sure your presentation is saved with the day of your talk and your last name.

Download and Use the Abstract Template
Submission Requirements:
Your abstract must fit on one page.
Save the completed document as a PDF using the following filename format:
Firstname_Lastname_Abstract_IFESTAR2026.pdfClick the link below to complete the Abstract Submission Form and upload your PDF.
Deadlines and Notifications:
All abstracts must be received by January 23, 2026.
Final presentation selections will be determined by the Technical Organizing Committee.
You will be notified in early February if your abstract has been selected for a talk or a poster.
